
Finland’s Women, Peace and Security National Action Plans are based on the analysis of achievements, emerging challenges and implementation gaps. Finland is headed towards its 4th NAP. All areas of the 1325 agenda, also migration and violent extremism, are covered. The NAPs are designed, implemented and monitored inclusively with state and civil society actors. Annual reports are submitted to the Finnish Parliament. The total funding for NAPs in 2019 was about 155 Million Euros.
